The restaurants, and the various cultures that create them, are the heart of New York. Closing of establishments caused by the coronavirus pandemic has had a serious impact on the restoration sector. Many people lost their jobs, while others continued to work tirelessly, ensuring that New York's heart continues to beat. Touched by the impact of this situation on their loved ones, friends Alex, Michelle and Stéphanie created this image to raise awareness of the lack of resources available for hotel and catering workers, and to pay tribute to this sector.
