Small botanical class. Also christened Armenian cucumber or snake cucumber, the white cucumber is a small original that likes to jam the tracks. If he is a cousin of the melon, his thin skin of light green tint and its ribbed appearance bring him closer to the cucumber: even allure, even flavor, but in miniature! So a pickle? Not really. If it is preserved as such, it has a more suave taste and a crispy texture that make all its singularity.
