The organic eggplant caviar « Baba Ghanouj » is a dip based on roasted eggplants in the oven with tasty smoked notes. It is a highly appreciated Lebanese entry, prepared from organic eggplants grown in a farm of organic food under the sun of Batroun in Northern Lebanon. The eggplants are found in many Lebanese dishes because of their versatility and high nutritional value.

Our organic eggplant caviar dip « Baba Ghanouj » is vegan and gluten-free. It is an excellent hors d'oeuvre for parties, especially for guests who follow a particular diet. An aromatic dip that blends perfectly with bread or crudities, and can also be used to awaken your meats and grilled meats! This product comes from an agricultural cooperative of women located in the Békaa, which focuses on sustainable development, solidarity and social responsibility.
