Wax Statuette, handcrafted by the Ciergerie des Prémontrés in Tarascon, the latest traditional ciergerie and unique artisanal manufacture of Provence to design its creations according to ancestral techniques of the 15th century master-ciriers. Composed of a mixture of natural wax and vegetable wax, these statuettes get their homogeneous color thanks to a process of spraying color pigments in the melted wax and repeatedly turned.

The mini miraculous virgins of the Prémontrés Ciergerie are objects of decoration both religious and true icons in a cabinet of curiosities!
The virgins and crosses are hand-made in Tarascon in Provence with an ancestral technique of the statuary moulding of the wax, she asks for a learning of traditional techniques and an experience gained after a large number of achievements.
The elastomers take back the small details of the model, the grain of the stone, the shots of tools specific to each sculptor, everything reappears on the moulding.
Objects are finished by hand. Nothing escapes the vigilance of the Finisseuses. The passion and knowledge of Master Cirier are assets and a guarantee of success of all our mouldings.
We offer a selection of different sizes and models to perfect your interior decoration, and you can marry them with candles or candle jewelry!
All these wax Madonnas and Virgins are handmade, so they are unique pieces. They don't have a wick and are not candles.
